Bug#700576: cowsay: Please add a kangaroo cow

Here is a kangaroo cow NMU patch created with "diff -r -N -u".  The
directories are "cowsay-3.03+dfsg2-5" (current Debian unstable
version) and "cowsay-3.03+dfsg2-5.1" (kangaroo cow NMU version).
