Source: pegasus-wms Version: 4.4.0+dfsg-6 Severity: normal User: debian-j...@lists.debian.org Usertags: default-java9
This package fails to build with default-jdk pointing to openjdk-9-jdk. Please fix it, so that we can start the transition to Java 9. The wiki has some common problems and their solutions: https://wiki.debian.org/Java/Java9Pitfalls On my builder, this fails as follows. I suspect it's due to this weird fiddling with the path, which is invalid: https://sources.debian.net/src/pegasus-wms/4.4.0%2Bdfsg-6/debian/rules/#L10 JAVA_HOME := $(firstword $(wildcard /usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-$(DEB_HOST_ARCH))) PATH := ${JAVA_HOME}/bin:${PATH} However, it works on Java 8, on Reproducible Builds jenkins, so it's apparently not totally crazy. (I realise that this package is orphaned.)
