The goal of the Conference is to bring together researchers, teachers and institutional leaders with interests in pedagogy and methodology of education, e-learning and distance education, academia management and leadership, education in multicultural society, education financing and professional development to address recent research results and to present and discuss their ideas, theories, technologies, systems, tools, applications, work in progress and experiences. This is the fourth time the Conference will take place in the magnificent five-star Hotel Royal Castle, situated by the shore of Black Sea.
