Package: dhcpcd5 Version: 6.9.0-1 Severity: important Tags: ipv6 Dear Maintainer, the version of dhcpcd5 currently packaged in sid has broken RA parsing, which results in non-functioning stateful DHCPv6. The client says
eth0: Router Advertisement from fe80::4e7:6bff:fe98:3b97 eth0: ignoring RA from fe80::4e7:6bff:fe98:3b97 (no public prefix, no managed address) and does not send the DHCP requests, though the network is properly configured and works fine with other DHCP clients. This bug has been filed upstream as 0bd01a312dd6505911cc82c9e591c749ffc1bc51 [1] and fixed in commits [2] and [3]. Please backport them or package a new release.
