Please keep this issue open in the bug tracker for the package it was filed for. If a fix in another package is required, please file a bug for the other package (or clone), and add a block in this package. Please keep the issue open until the package can be built in a follow-up test rebuild. The package fails to build in a test rebuild on at least amd64 with gcc-5/g++-5, but succeeds to build with gcc-4.9/g++-4.9. The severity of this report may be raised before the stretch release. The full build log can be found at: http://people.debian.org/~doko/logs/gcc5-20150205/skyeye_1.2.5-4_unstable_gcc5.log The last lines of the build log are at the end of this report. To build with GCC 5, either set CC=gcc-5 CXX=g++-5 explicitly, or install the gcc, g++, gfortran, ... packages from experimental. apt-get -t experimental install g++ Common build failures are C11 as the default C mode, new warnings resulting in build failures with -Werror turned on, or new/dropped symbols in Debian symbols files. For other C/C++ related build failures see the porting guide at http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-5/porting_to.html [...] ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fdivx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0x9ef): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_div' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fdivsx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0xb32): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_div' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fmaddx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0xc3e): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_mul_add' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fmaddsx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0xd4d): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_mul_add' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fmsubx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0xebc): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_mul_add' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fmsubsx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0xfcb): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_mul_add' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fmulx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0x10df): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_mul' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fmulsx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0x11f0): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_mul' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fnmaddx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0x13c2): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_mul_add' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fnmaddsx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0x14e0): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_mul_add' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fnmsubx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0x1607): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_mul_add' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fnmsubsx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0x172e): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_mul_add' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_frsqrtex': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0x18d5): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_sqrt' ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0x1912): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_div' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fsqrtx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0x1a94): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_sqrt' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fsubx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0x1bf3): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_add' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_fpu.o): In function `ppc_opc_fsubsx': ppc_fpu.c:(.text+0x1d0f): undefined reference to `ppc_fpu_add' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_mmu.o): In function `ppc_opc_lvx': ppc_mmu.c:(.text+0x4cab): undefined reference to `ppc_read_effective_qword' ./arch/ppc/libppc.a(ppc_mmu.o): In function `ppc_opc_stvx': ppc_mmu.c:(.text+0x6af7): undefined reference to `ppc_write_effective_qword' collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status make[3]: *** [skyeye] Error 1 Makefile:286: recipe for target 'skyeye' failed make[3]: Leaving directory '/«PKGBUILDDIR»' make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 Makefile:332: recipe for target 'all-recursive' failed make[2]: Leaving directory '/«PKGBUILDDIR»' make[1]: *** [all] Error 2 Makefile:208: recipe for target 'all' failed make[1]: Leaving directory '/«PKGBUILDDIR»' make: *** [build-stamp] Error 2 debian/rules:30: recipe for target 'build-stamp' failed dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules build-arch gave error exit status 2 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-qa-packages-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
