Bug#714833: [xmhtml] please transition from lesstif2 to motif

ABI Compliance Checker [1] reports ABI changes in libXmHTML.so.1.1.7, see attached. However, the only changes are globals _XmHTMLStrings and _XmHTMLMessages changing from char[] const to char, and XmSEE_DETAIL being added to enum XmHighlightMode.
