There is a circular dependency between gnuift and gnuift-perl: gnuift :Depends: gnuift-perl (= 0.1.14-10) gnuift-perl :Depends: gnuift (>= 0.1.14-10), gnuift (<< 0.1.14-10.1~) Circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade, so we should try to get rid of them. I already reported this bug as #481052 and it was closed without being actually fixed.
