on my system cron will flock crond.pid and then continue to run in a chid
process. This results in the owner of the flock beeing unrecognizeable by
lslk (to be fair, /proc/locks reports the same wrong pid)
I am not sure if lslk can work around this or if the linux kernel needs to
be fixed here:

as you can see it is now owned by 1977 and there is no process with pid 1976
anymore. stracing cron reveals that its parent had this pid before.
