Hi Stefano, I considered it as well, but I have the feeling that it would require to contact Upstream again to ask if he agrees with producing binaries from patched sources, since that is what the package would still do after being transferred to the non-free section of our archive. As a reminder, here is what the source file headers contain. * This Program is free but not GPL!!! You can't modify it * without agreement with author.
