Package: arch2darcs Version: 1.0.13 Severity: normal Hi,
I've run arch2darcs to convert a arch repo to darcs. It seems to fail when I've moved multiple files in the same tla commit. Note that this is a guess. All I know is that when it fails there are files that need to be moved. The workaround is, for each file, to: mv the moved file back where it came from darcs add the file with the old path darcs mv the file to the new path darcs record -a -pipe to record the patch Then do a darcs whatsnew -l and darcs add any file that didn't get added when arch2darcs crashed. To get the darcs record right I look at the output of tla changelog and darcs changes --xml-output so the formatting is consistent. FWIW, I'm converting into a darcs --hashed repo. (By the time a fixed version gets into Debian stable there probably won't be any more arch repos out there. ;-( ) -- Arch version follows --- $ tla --version tla l...@emf.net--gnu-arch-2004/dists--tla--1.3[configs/gnu/tla-devo.cfg] from regexps.com Copyright 2003 Tom Lord This is free software; see the source for copying conditions.
