Package: metamail Version: 2.7-54 Severity: minor I'm using metamail -w to save parts of an email message. A filename is provided that uses no special characters, but it is nevertheless encoded, so that metamail offers this as the default file:
=?ISO-8859-1?B?RE9DMDgwOTA5LnBkZg==?= Metamail should do the base64 decoding or whatever it is and offer a more reasonable default filename. I'm happy for it to stick with 7-bit ASCII plus question marks even; anything's better than the above.
