Package: ud Version: 0.7.1-21 Severity: normal While figuring out what kills the performance of my system under certain heavy disk loads, I figured out ud does AFAICT entirely unnecessarily a full filesystem sync() on every filesystem every time it updates the uptime record, which is once every two minutes.
A fdatasync() at most should be easily enough for the application.
