This one just bit me too, and after much debugging, was a bit miffed to find that the fix was posted over two months ago :-(
To summarise, you need to add the patch that Michael Johnson posted on 30th Jun, but also need to clearout the cache as Kevin Dalley describes on 27th August. The (reversed) patch from Nicholas D. Cesar is not required.
