The problem is with dependencies - when I install xae, emacs gets
automatically installed.
xae depends on package psgml - but psgml is automatically included in
xemacs - hence the psgml package depends on emacs and does not install
on xemacs. xae should depend only on psgml with emacs, not with xemacs.
