As weblint is a html 4 checker I made this a whishlist.
weblint recommends the WIDTH and HEIGHT attributes on IMG even in an html2 doc,
whereas ther are no such attr. in html v2 :-)

weblint has been removed from Debian unstable because it had no
maintainer for 1.5 years and because there are better replacements,
such as weblint-perl.
