I've just built from source the package libconfigreader-perl and I
noticed lintian complain about the use of dh_testversion, which is now
deprecated. According to the manual this should be replaced with a
versioned build dependency on debhelper. This isn't really a problem
right now but I guess dh_testversion will disappear at some future
point so it would be good to get rid of this.
