Package: libpaperg
Version: 1.1.0
Severity: normal

During a virgin install, the following is output:

Unpacking libpaperg (from .../libpaperg_1.1.0_hppa.deb) ...
Can't exec "/usr/bin/paperconf": No such file or directory at /var/lib/dpkg/tmp.
ci/config line 17, <STDIN> line 2.
Selecting previously deselected package libpaperg-dev.

This is because /usr/bin/paperconf has not been unpacked yet.

The libpaper package that fixed this bug is already in unstable for
several months.
