I've verified that there are no differences between 2.11n-2 and 2.11n-3
which could conceivably affect building from source. 2.11n-2 was succesfully
built by a buildd for m68k (see http://buildd.debian.org), so I concur with
Torsten's assessment that the problem lies with the submitter's system
rather than with the util-linux source package and I'm adjusting the status
of this bug accordingly.
