The discoverability of "flit" package is quite poor, alike "furo"; the naming does not obey the rule of least surprise. Many maintainers will erroneously pick up python3-flit-scm that will get the job done; but will import unneeded extraneous dependencies. I consider this as a papercut in the distribution and will fix it. Alexandre
