It requires (at least) tinyhtml5, which is not (yet) packaged in Debian.
It also requires tinycss2 >= 1.5.0.
I've packaged tinyhtml5 (based on html5lib), updated tinycss2 and
weasyprint to latest upstreams, and I get what seems to be a working
weasyprint (at least for my usecase):

The only caveat (in my usecase) is that the input incoding no longer
defaults to utf-8 (but setting it via <meta ...> works).
Since I'm not familiar with Python packaging, I would prefer that
someone more knowledgeable uploads the packages.
