Hi

If anyone wants to play with Debian packaging of PQConnect I have a
draft set of packages that at least produce /usr/bin/pqconnect.

https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/pqconnect/-/pipelines/
https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/python-netfilterqueue/-/pipelines/
https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/python-unshare/-/pipelines/
https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/python-py25519/-/pipelines/
https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/python-pymceliece/-/pipelines/

I have brought up with upstream the duplication of py25519 vs

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/python-lib25519

and pymceliece vs

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/python-mceliece

and hopefully we won't need to package both, but I started preparing
py25519 + pymceliece packages anyway just to get pqconnect to build.

I'm running out of cycles on this, so I'm going to leave this for now.
Feel free to push to these projects as you may see fit. This was my
first Python packages that do C library interaction I'm fairly sure
there is a lot unfinished stuff in there. Especially the self-tests are
problematic because unshare() seem to require root privileges.
