Hi,
Apologies Carsten, I was not yet subscribed to debian-python and
literally missed your big mail when I was not CC'ed.

1.4.tar.gz

This is exactly what I ended up doing now, with a gbp.conf, the right
way.

Done, thanks for the tips. I pushed all the work to my personal
namespace, to be merged when everything is in working order.
As you've already taken a look at my project, do you care to do a bit
of reviewing to see if its ready to push to debian-python to start
debian/* work?
https://salsa.debian.org/alexandru_mihail/python-psrecord
Also, to anyone with the rights, please delete
https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/psrecord
It's empty, it will be replaced with python-psrecord when the right
time comes.

Yes, I did. I find maintaining within DPT a much better option for
this.

And please use python-psrecord as source package name, psrecord is
quite generic. A name python-psrecord would show it is a Python related
package.
I did, in the source pkg name and git url.

Thanks for the great help,
Alexandru
