Now I have to flag FLAKY on upstream's test case becasue most of them

will fail, see https://github.com/git-multimail/git-multimail/issues/221 pep8 have been renamed pycodestyle but its case did not switch it.

Another thing is that jcfp helped me to review some months ago, it was
1.5.0, but recently upstream release 1.6.0 tag. 1.5.0 codebase has
been existed in salsa and i import-orig 1.6.0 based on 1.5.0. so you
will see an odd thing in d/changelog file maybe.
