you can see that python-setproctitle exists twice. Due to
$ apt-cache showsrc python-setproctitle | grep ^Vcs
Vcs-Browser:
https://anonscm.debian.org/git/python-modules/packages/python-setproctitle.git
Vcs-Git:
https://anonscm.debian.org/git/python-modules/packages/python-setproctitle.git
I recommend removing the repository in PAPT to avoid confusion.
