Hello team, I've prepared a package for python3-ratelimiter (source name python-ratelimiter, thanks Ghislain for pointing this out) as described in the ITP at [1].
The git repo is already in the team location at [2], and IMO ready for upload as a 1.2.0-1 version, is lintian clean except for info/pedantic points. The only noteworthy point about this package is a workaround that disables the test suite in debian/rules (upstream doesn't actually ship the announced tests; workaround is documented and links to the bug reported upstream at [3]). Please review the package and sponsor it for upload (or team upload it).
