Hi all, (you are probably getting this as you are Debian maintainer for one of the packages in [1], declaring a dependency on cherryp3 -- sorry for the noise)

The good news: We now have an updated package in experimental (8.9.1-1). Please let me know if there are any severe problems with that new package -- if not, this will eventually go to unstable. However (aka bad news): It seems that 8.9.1 (most recent version is 12.0.1) is the last upstream that can be packaged in the current manner: - Since v9, the httpd/wscgiserver part has gone to a separate upstream 'cheroot' [2]. - Later versions also require python packages not in Debian yet [3]. So I guess, for the future, the 1st step would be an ITP for the new cheroot upstream? Thx!
