Indeed. The package name will be jupyter-notebook. It will hopefully be uploaded soon (one or two minor issues still to fix), but you can find the packaging at [1] if you want to build it yourself in the meanwhile. There isn't a direct replacement for the python and python3 versions - after the jupyter <-> ipython split you should also install python(3)-ipykernel to support running python or python3 in the notebook.
