Please push your changes to svn first.
Just a quick review: debian/pyversions is unneeded since you already
have X-Python{,3}-Version stanzas in d/control. Also, consider using
pybuild [1]; it'll greatly simplify your d/rules, and you already have
a build-dep on dh-python anyways.
