RFS: kupfer 0+v208-5

Hi,

I'm asking for a review and, if it's possible for an upload of kupfer 0+v208-5,
available in debian-mentors[0] and in the PAPT repository[1].

The package appears to be lintian clear and builds fine. 
Changes since the latest upload:

    kupfer (0+v208-5) unstable; urgency=medium
    
      * debian/patches/bookmarks-places.sqlite.patch:
        - Fix the error when reading firefox bookmark files (Closes: #749067).
