This question fits best on [email protected], but since
we're here... any new package coming to debian should have it's ITP so
if you Intend To Package that tool, just file an ITP (and remember to
close it on the debian/changelog).

Being part of DPMT usually helps in finding a sponsor, but you may
also contact debian-mentors@ for review and sponsorship.
