Thanks very much Bernd. I went ahead and uploaded python-libgearman to the svn repository. I think it may be tagged a bit incorrectly, as I forgot to include my change to have the Maintainer: field set to DPMT. I committed that, but svn-buildpackage --retag didn't seem to send the tag to the repository. I would appreciate it very much if somebody could review the package, provide any feedback, and/or possibly sponsor it into Debian.
