it's available at http://people.debian.org/~doko/pycentral/, including
python2.3 and python2.4 versions using pycentral, and two example
packages using pycentral. debhelper support is still in the works. My
slides from the the python BoF can be found there as well.

the switch itself will require a fix in dpkg, which Frank Lichtenheld
agreed to upload next week as well.
