gnue-* package should be updated, maybe NMUed

Jeff,

please could you update the gnue-* packages? These are the last
packages having the "python (<< 2.3)" dependency.

If they are not converted they probably should be NMUed to use
python2.2 explicitely to be safe and not to hinder the python
transition.
