+1 to the fact that there seems to be a bug in the deb.debian.org serving/caching Maybe it is some cache issue? Bullseye is still served from the regular server for most users worldwide. My debugging notes in https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/-/work_items/595.
