When someone posts to debian-jobs, you'll get an email. The subject contains "COMMAND APPROVE". If it's okay, you just reply to that email (empty is fine) and it will be approved. If it's not okay, you can just ignore the email, or, I suppose, change APPROVE to DISCARD. (When it was only me, I ignored the mails, but probably now with a team sending an explicit DISCARD is better.) Previously, the default was "COMMAND DISCARD" and you had to change it to "APPROVE" but it seems that was change around 2020 according to my mail archive. I think that's it?
