Thanks Davide, for talking about this. This is not just a legal problem, but a 
de facto reality implemented in disregard of any right to freedom. In order to 
prevent artificial intelligence from being used against the privacy of third 
parties, it is necessary to eliminate "the opportunity" (following the model of 
the fraud triangle, which includes cyber fraud), informing people about "cyber 
insecurity" and the undesirable effects of databases. It might seem like a 
trivial solution, but sometimes the simplest tools are the best.
