You are right here in that rebootstrap bugs are not automatically RC bugs. You also notice that very few of the bugs I file are RC bugs as you received quite a few of them. So when a package (e.g. gcc-5) FTFBS (without involving cross toolchains at all) on a release architecture (e.g. s390x) and built earlier, then that's an RC bug, no? This is similar to how the reproducible builds result in the filing of RC bugs. Of course issues found need to be confirmed without the modified toolchain, but that's what I did by running a native build on zelenka.d.o. Please either explain why this native FTBFS is not RC or upgrade its severity. Helmut
