A free-form field into which I can put things like:
The original upstream source was repackaged to remove the WS-Trust.xsd
schema, which was not distributed under a DFSG-free license.
is all I need. I do think it makes sense to put more detailed information
for developers about how that process is maintained into README.source
instead.
