I basically agree with Frans. If Luc (or whoever) wants to send a Twitteresque feed to Planet, I guess that feed could be auto-digested - i.e. have an intermediary consuming all your one-liners and sending them out once a day, probably timestamped. That way you won't have to repeat your information in several formats and it will be available to all Planet readers. Doing this integration is (or rather, I think should be) almost trivial...
