Aside: where is "Making debian/copyright be machine parseable" in BTS? Where would it go? It's a good point that much of this could be done in the BTS, but maybe it's worth a DEP explaining how to map DEPs onto BTS. Or maybe it's perverting the BTS. I dunno. Sounds good though.
