I can hardly imagine you actually have substance to back up these claims. Of course, if you as a DD refuse to consider their patches, you could persuade yourself that they are just leeches. And as a matter of fact, Ubuntu does not try to be Debian for various reasons. One might be that then they'd call themselves "Debian for Humans", not s/Debian/Linux.
