By that line of reasoning, you never had the freedom to use my software while at the same time alleging that it violates your patents, and I don't believe this is a permission that a free software license needs to grant, just as "permission to take my software proprietary" isn't a permission that a free software license needs to grant. -- Glenn Maynard
