I remember talking to Susan about this and though my memory is a bit fuzzy I thought her point was using grandmothers as an example for useability is unfair because they will follow directions no matter how long or complicated while the grandfathers have an exaggerated idea of their technical prowess and end up breaking things. -- Jaldhar H.
