Debian itself does not sell the cd's, however: You can download them from the web if you have a nice internet acces and a CD-writer, see http://www.debian.org/distrib/cd. Or you can try to find some vendor who sell's the CD's near you (or is willing to send them), have a look at http://www.debian.org/CD/vendors/. Or have a general look at http://www.debian.org/distrib Anyway, if you could find this mailinglist you certainly have found http://www.debian.org already.
