I have found that : http://www.unixuser.jp/ UNIX USER magazine is their webpage. It is only available in Japanese, apparently, so you might not be able to find out much :P You might probably notice the string "Debian GNU/Linux 3.0 (Woody)" on the page. They have a Debian 3.0 CD-Rom (DVD??) on their October 2002 issue.
