why stop there? if you're wishing for the impossible, there should be other packages called instant-world-peace and magical-solution-to-all-problems, too. what you're asking for isn't possible. if a novice user wants to get full use of their system, if they want to be able to diagnose and fix problems, then they *MUST* be willing and able to learn. there is no way to avoid this requirement. there is no magic fix, there is no point-and-click way to solve all problems. even if it were possible to think of all possible problems in advance and if it were possible to devise a one-size-fits-all-situations tutorial for fixing them it would make more sense to modify the code so that the problems couldn't occur or were self-correcting. craig -- craig sanders <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> (part time cyborg) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
