Bug#1076032: HP LIP package too old

It would be nice if a newer version of HP LIP get into Debian. I got a printer lately that has support since early 2023 and I can't use this tool from Debian because that's too old.

I tried to recompile the latest package version from Ubuntu. Seems to work for me on Bookworm and Trixie. There are things like the Wifi feature that looks broken in the setup but that's very likely an HP LIP problem because it also appears in Ubuntu Noble Numbat (24.04).
