We do not know even if it is a usb or a netork devince (guess a netwrk device). And failled to print is unknown to me. It could be: - I wait five minute and it print nothing - paper was on fire - it print some garbage. Please follown the step on the unbuntu wiki and moreover please add some words when you send email.
