At work we have a HP Color LaserJet CM2320fxi MFP in our network. I tried to use the HPLIP Toolbox to install this printer with the following steps: 1) In the dialog "Select From Discovered Devices" I choose the printer and clicked "Next". 2) In the dialog "Driver Plug-in Installation" I choose the recommended way of downloading and installing the plug-in from an HP authorized server and clicked "Next". 3) I agreed to the "Driver Plug-in License Agreement" and clicked "Next". 4) A dialog opens with just the following unhelpful message: "Plug-in install failed.". I selected "OK". 5) Another dialog with the following message opens: "The printer you are trying to setup requires a binary driver plug-in and it failed to install. Please check your internet connection and try again. Visit http://hplipopensource.com for more information.". I selected "OK". This hplip bug has a major effect on the usability of the package (completely failure in my situation) but probably does not render the package completely unusable for everyone else, therefore I set the severity to "important".
