As per the last time this came up a couple of years ago, the same set of questions with the same series of answers keep coming up every few months on this list regarding installing debian on PowerPC macs.
We had a few keen volunteers back then who were interested in spearheading a FAQ to help people through these installation issues, and Adrian indicated that although he didn't have time to write such a document, he'd be happy to review it and offer corrections back then. I'm not exactly sure why the FAQ didn't happen last time -- I got the feeling it was felt to be unnecessary? .. but as recent events would indicate, seems like it is still a fair idea. It would certainly help folks who keep running into the exact same issues over and over, as most of them just all came up once again in the past month, with the exact same answers as before. Ken
